Silence Heals

There you are doing nothing, alone or with someone, and all of a sudden there is this intense upsurge of energy… activating all the senses at the same time… it’s like an explosion, ecstasy… it takes over whenever it likes, in front of a flower, an armchair… or nothing. Sometimes it happens several times in a day, or for several days at a time: then nothing for a whole week. The intensity increases, then decreases, you can’t do anything about it. It is truly wonderful.

#SilenceHeals...

Sometimes the vibration is so strong, that I am shaken by it, so startled that I open my eyes. And the vision is gone, immediately. But as soon as I reclose my eyes, I sink into this space and it all starts up again… people appearing and disappearing… waves of energy…

When this happens to me, I am unable to sleep for about two or three hours afterwards. I am too full of energy. As if this vibration that had seized me, had in fact, re-charged me.
